Fifth Day, Week 4

Fifth Day, Week 4

Today I started to design relay circuit. After seeing some examples on youtube, and finally, i understand the operation. For the first attempt is not succcesful, but I will try to get the proper circuit.
show on mazran sir, and be improved upon. 


In the afternoon, I took leave to return to the village during the month of Ramadan. The task will be continue at monday.

I still  continue do task today. but today I will try and understand the relay driver ULN 2003Mr.  Mazran make recommendations to look at youtube for the tutorial.









the afternoon, I and other friends went to the lab to do the PCB fabrication process. which I will do the Eching There, during the printing room, For printing the time for 120 seconds to print circuits on the board.


Then to another room where the process of removing the copper phase 45-minit.Make sure safety ethics as priority when making Eching process.Face masks, gloves, apron should always be worn to prevent any mishaps.

After done completion, drilling process as well. Drill point should be appropriate components of the feet can be placed in good condition ..

     I'm still working to complete the circuit schematic given by Mr. mazran. When we have done finishing the design circuit, the circuit will be convert to PCB layout. On PCB layout, we must make sure that the list of components to be used in the circuit.

    In PCB layout, the problems usually happen is to arrange the pist of components. We can see that, 

  1. Yellow Line = refer to proposed location of component.
  2. Green Line  = refer to electrical connection for our component. 

In component mode, make sure list of components to be placed is empty. Then, set board edge, and take 2D graphic box mode at vertical toolbar and change it to board edge mode. After routing, the green line show there is no connection between to point. Blue line show bottom copper (button connection). Use jumper to connect any placer that can't connect using proteus..

 Second Day, Week 4

 My second trial was the second day of the week 4.As usually, i'm continue to run and often asked Mr. Mazran want we can not do. The route on the board must follow the required size. At the same time, we must know which components in SMD or through hole.

For this entry, i will explain to you about the PCB LAYOUT DESIGN. Before we start go next step, firstly is, check rule. It is best practice for us to check rule for your Conduct electrical circuit. ISIS can check for simple errors in a design byexamining the u pin types connected to each net. you can do it by go to Tools> Electrical Rule Check . Confirm that no error in your circuit design through the report generated.

“Netlist” is another important feature in electrical circuitschematic. “Netlist”  will show what connect with what in electrical connection. Furthermore, information in netlist will be utilized when we convert our schematic to PCB layout. “Netlist” can be compiled from Tools > Netlist Compiler


Foot print refer to PCB layout of our individual component.As mention earlier, several component here don`t have any footprint (e.g. LED, battery). Check whether the component have footprint or not by selecting the component and right click it and go to Packaging Tool.

First Day, Week 4

 Allhamdulillah,I still have the strength to continue the training industry. Hopefully by what I have learned will add to my existing skills. I am satisfied partially teamwork of all partners in HIIS ..

I'm still doing this protues. when monitored by MR.Mazran, I and others have them once again in PROTUES circuit. There are several other errors that need to be improved. slogan "try and error" must be planted in mindset to complete this PROTUES..

Actually, below is the circuit that my team design at first trial..but not already overall complete.
